I first learned Ayurveda on a residential course in India and I’m excited to share its practical tools and nourishing treatments with you.
It looks at you as a whole - body, mind and lifestyle - aiming to restore balance so you feel cleaner, calmer and more energised day to day.
How Ayurveda works?
I first learned Ayurveda on a residential course in India and I’m excited to share its practical tools and nourishing treatments with you.

Ayurveda recognises three natural energies, or doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha - that influence how we feel and function.
Your unique blend (your “constitution”) can shift with seasons, stress, travel, diet, and sleep.

When things are out of balance, you might notice signs like poor digestion, low energy, irritability or tension.
Ayurveda uses food choices, daily routines, gentle movement, massage, oils, breathwork, and herbal guidance to bring you back to centre.
An Ayurvedic approach is personalised and practical. We’ll look at your current routine, stress levels, sleep, digestion, and goals, then choose supportive habits and treatments that fit your life.
Small, consistent changes matter most - think warm, easy-to-digest meals in winter, cooling choices in summer, simple morning rituals and regular bodywork to ease the nervous system.
