When Channel 4 producers were designing episode 6 of Davina McCall's reality dating show Language of Love, they knew they wanted something different ā a moment that would genuinely connect the contestants, not just entertain them. They reached out to Cata Yoga to deliver exactly that.
A custom partner yoga class was designed to break the ice, build trust, and create a shared moment between contestants who were each searching for love under the Mediterranean sun. Filmed at a luxury villa near Casares, the class brought vulnerability, laughter, and connection to screens across the UK and Spain.
